Murphy

Murphy started out his EDC career by training for upcoming deployment capability with a US Naval SpecOps unit. (He was named after Lt Michael Murphy SEAL Team 10/SDV Team 1.) Ultimately, the unit would deploy prior to Murphy completing his required training. He soon after found his home with the Phoenix Police Dept (AZ) (Homeland Defense Bureau – Bomb Squad) working with his full time PSBT handler/partner. He diligently and enthusiactically served the public with numerous EDC sweeps on calls related to explosives detection from emergency response to planned special events support. His favorite treats were play time with Dad and the kids involving any retrieving or tug toy. Although, the tennis ball was always his favorite reward. However, he still loves to search and find for reward and praise… followed by belly rubs or ear scratches.
