Mara

Mara was a MWD onboard Naval Station Norfolk. She retired in July of 2024. She has traveled to many places on the east coast during her time in the Military and now is happily enjoying her retired life with her previous handler. She loves playing tug of war and loves sunbathing the back yard. Her favorite treats are the salmon or steak that we sear for her on our grill days. Otherwise, she loves her freeze dried beef and sweet potatoes. Mara is a goofy, fun, playful and loving Retired Working Dog and is enjoying her retirement to the fullest!
