Cortes was born in Columbia South America. We trained together in Aniston Alabama when he was 18 months old. We worked in Amtrak’s Baltimore Penn Station and Washington Union Station until his retirement. He’s traveled to Philadelphia, PA and New York, New York for work. His favorite pass time is chasing a ball and fetching it back to me.
