Cooper

Cooper worked daily searching for personal-borne improvised explosive devices on the United States Capitol grounds keeping thousands of visitors, staffers, and members of Congress safe. Cooper worked two presidential inaugurations, seven State of the Union addresses, numerous visits from foreign dignitaries and numerous gold-medal ceremonies. Cooper’s favorite treats are baby carrots and has a ball-play drive second to none. In his down time, he loves to play fetch with his family and take naps on the couch.
